Initial Meeting

This is an opportunity for us to meet you so that we can get to know one another. We can then tailor the style and approach of our service to your requirements. We are always happy to discuss the different options and offer our experience to help you customise the wedding package of your choice to suit your ceremony and venue.

We also like to visit your venues to find the best camera positions to capture great images without intruding on the action. At this time we check sound and lighting so that we can find solutions to any potential difficulties. For example we check for camera lens flare near sunny windows and noise from busy roads.

If you are too busy to meet then a good chat on the phone is sufficient. We can then do a recce of your venues nearer to the time and send you a floor plan of camera positions.

Before the Big Day

As your wedding day draws closer you will probably have many questions and adjustments to your plans. Please feel free to contact us either by phone or email with any queries or special requests.

The wedding day

Our camera directors will capture the essence of your wedding with a mixture of shots from the formal proceedings to informal shots of you and your guests during the off guard moments to give a charming and personal end result.

We are always very unobtrusive, respectful and dress smartly.

We work with your photographer not against them so that we both get the best shots. Many photographers we work with recommend us to their clients.
